Proposed Control of Dogs (Scotland) Bill

Alex Neil is a Member of the Scotish Parliament (MSP) standing for Central Scotland. He has produced a proposal to 'modernise the law on dangerous dogs' and is asking for groups and individuals to contact him with their opinions, questions and comments regarding his proposal.

You do not have to be resident in Scotland to contact Alex Neil with your views.

You do not need to be an 'expert' to have a view - any proposal will affect us all, that's you and your dogs.

If passed and what eventually is passed (becomes law) in Scotland may be a 'blueprint' of what may follow in England and Wales.
