Hunting Act 2004 :
Applies to England and Wales. This law commenced in February 2005.
Under this legislation it is illegal to hunt wild mammals with a dog (there are some strict exceptions to this).
'Hunting' includes using one or more than one dog to chase a wild mammal intending to catch or kill it. Organised hare coursing is banned
Wild mammals includes foxes, hares and deers.
