Is DEFRA listening?
No national k9 charity or organisation supports the unworkable breed specific law we have been burdened with.
As a general election is due this year, it is time the Government listened to those who understand dogs and try to comprehend the truth about BSL and protect the public from the real danger - dangerous people not dangerous dogs. Yes folks, time to wake up, what we have is a people problem not a dog problemand it has always been this way.
Should 'dangerous dogs' be banned asks the Blue Cross as recent reports in the press concerning dog attacks and illegal dogs brings breed specific legislation back into public focus once again.
The Blue Cross states: "This highlights yet again an urgent need for the Act to be repealed and redrawn into a workable piece of legislation that can be enforced by police and dog wardens." Full news article here
